06<\/li><li>Junior Typist &#8211; 03<\/li><li>Stenographer Grade III &#8211; 02<\/li><li>Salaried Amin &#8211; 02<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5ad172 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"a5ad172\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a44046 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a44046\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Eligibility Criteria :-<\/p><ul><li>Shall be a citizen of India.<\/li><li>Shall have passed at least +3 examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to +3 examination of a recognized university, as the case may be<\/li><li>Shall have passed at least Diploma in Computer Application from a Govt. recognized institute.<\/li><li>All the candidates shall be over 18 years and below 32 years of age as on 01.05.2024 (Provided that the upper age limit in respect of Reserved categories of candidates shall be relaxed in accordance with<br \/>the provisions of the relevant Acts, Rules, Orders or Instructions issued by the competent authority\/ Government for the time being in force, for the respective reserved categories)<\/li><li>For the post of Junior Typist the candidates shall possess minimum speed of 40 words in typewriting per minute in English.<\/li><li>For the post of Stenographer Grade-III, the candidate shall possess minimum speed of 80 words in Shorthand and 40 words in typewriting per minute in English.\u00a0<\/li><li>The candidate must be able to speak, read and write Odia and must have passed the Middle School standard language test in Odia conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.<\/li><li>Must be of good character.<\/li><li>Must be of sound health, good physique and free from organic defects or bodily infirmity.<\/li><li>Must not have more than one spouse living, if married.<\/li><li>Shall have passed the matriculation examination or equivalent of a recognized board (only for the post of Salaried Amin),<\/li><li>Shall have passed the Revenue Inspector Training (Only for the post\u00a0 Salaried Amin).<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21672da e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"21672da\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71bb51e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"71bb51e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Application Process : &#8211;<\/p><ul><li>The application along with the required documents and self-attested copies of certificates addressed to the District Judge, Jajpur, Office of the District Judge, Jajpur, Near Gandhi Chowk, Jajpur Town, Pin- 755001, Dist- Jajpur must reach on or before 26.07.2024 either in person during office hours on each working day or by Post. Applications received in the office after the last date i.e 05.00 P.M of 26.07.2024 shall be summarily rejected.<\/li><li>Separate application should be submitted for each post mentioning the name of post clearly (in capital letters with underline) on the top of the envelope along with relevant documents.<\/li><li>The Candidates are required to submit their applications duly filled in the prescribed format in Form-A and Annexure-I as given below.
